Harley Tour-Pak Incorporation

In the beginning, God created EBAY and the EBAY trunk.  And the trunk was with form, but without the right color. Darkness was upon the face of the rider because his trunk was ugly and had a few extra holes he didn't want in it. Then the painter moved on the face of the trunk and said let there be a matched color scheme with the saddlebags that complements the over all lines of the bike, ....and there was design. And the painter saw that it was good and he said, "that will be $350.00"................

Well let the saga begin, my parts are here for the trunk. Both items purchased off EBAY.  A  black cherry King Tour Pak bottom and a black King Tour Pak lid off a Police Road King from somewhere out west. I made a template with cardboard that I taped to the trunk bottom and then to the WOMPUS rack and drilled 6 holes to secure this trunk with. I will be dropping it off at www.v-edge.com in the next week for painting and hole plugging. I think I am going to put the Harley pad on it that does not have the arm rests on it. Anyway, here  are 2 pics to see the start of this......

Well here it is back from Visual-Edge, sitting on my trusty WOMPUS rack.

Tour-Paks are huge that's for sure.  I installed some red LEDS in the trunk for night time fumbling in the trunk.

These LEDS are the same type as I installed in the saddlebags. Dang I still have 4 of them left....

I got the Vulcan logo from Bike Bandit, which is the same piece that goes on the back of the silly bar, and put it on the rear of the trunk.

It is a double sided tape backed plastic logo. That coupled with George's NOMAD lettering finished the trunk off nicely.

I was considering a luggage rack but I will wait for my custom Cargo Rack which will plug into the hitch in lieu of a trailer.
