So you have big hands and the clutch hand lever just isn't in the right position for you or you just wish you could adjust the level out a bit. Well It is beyond me why Honda didn't incorporate an adjustable lever on this bike considering the price tag on her. Anyway the procedure to change the lever out is so simple and can be completed in less time that it takes to brew coffee.

The finger points to the slotted bolt head you want to unscrew. There is a retaining nut on the bottom side of the bolt so you will want to cup your hand underneath to avoid losing it.

Pointing one again to the cylindrical slotted bushing which simply pushes out of its hole. There is a hole mid-side of the bushing where the clutch activator rod slides into, which you will notice when you try to reassemble. Put it back in the bushing hole.

There ya go all done. Simple.

The Honda part number for the lever is 53180-MEJ-006 and comes form a CBR1000RR.
