Protect those expensive luggage bags!!

Pretty straight forward, put the bike on the center stand., do only one side at a time, remove 2 bolts, place bar, reinstall bolts, do other side. The concept on these is to guard against you dropping the bike and damaging the bags. I can not predict how they would hold up if the bike is sliding down the road at speed. However, reports of 45MPH "getoffs" with no damage to the bags have been reported, not sure how the bars faired.

These are made by a fellow on the ST-OWNERS Forum who hand makes them and he is.......

Prices are as follows: If paying via paypal: $245 U.S. and $255 Canada. If paying via money order: $240 U.S. and $250 Canada.

Note: The additional $5.00 helps cover part of the paypal fees.

Australia: $275, as it cost me around $30 to ship to that area. Europe and other parts of the world will probably be very close to the $275 figure. I have shipped to various parts of Canada, England, and even Singapore and Japan.

The bars are made of solid 9/16th inch steel and have four weld points for improved rigidity. They are designed to work in conjunction with the front crash bars to protect the rear bags, trunk, panniers, and more importantly your leg should you tip-over or go down at slow speed.
